Once HEC stamps both documents, they can be sealed and sent directly to WES or IQAS, or moved on to MOFA if you need them for an embassy file.
IQAS Verification (Canada)
The International Qualifications Assessment Service is operated by the Government of Alberta. It evaluates foreign credentials for immigration, employment, and licensing across Canada. IRCC accepts IQAS reports for Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Programs. The route from Pakistan follows the instructions IQAS gives for your institution.
