Service Agreement
By placing an order with Attestdone, you agree to these terms. Attestdone provides document attestation services including document collection, processing at relevant authorities, and delivery.
Pricing
All prices are published on our pricing page and are fixed. Service fees are non-negotiable. Government fees are pass-through and re-verified quarterly. Quotes are binding for 7 days from issue date.
Bundle Discount
A 5% discount on service fees is automatically applied when 2+ different services are ordered together. Corporate accounts with 10+ documents receive a 10% discount on service fees.
Payment
Payment is collected after quote acceptance via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or cash on pickup/delivery. No advance payment is required for the service fee.
Document Handling
We photograph every document at intake and maintain strict chain of custody. Optional document insurance (Rs. 200,000 coverage per document) is available at Rs. 500 per document.
Turnaround Times
Published turnaround times are estimates based on current processing at each authority. Actual times may vary due to authority processing delays. Express and Super Express tiers are faster but do not guarantee authority processing speed.
Refund Policy
We miss SLA by 1-2 days: 25% of service fee. We miss SLA by 3+ days: 50% of service fee. Document loss/damage: 100% of service fee + government fee + Rs. 200,000 insurance payout. Customer cancellation before pickup: 80% refund. Customer cancellation after pickup: 50% refund.
Saudi Cultural (Mosadaqa)
Saudi Cultural Mission attestation is optional. Customers may choose to have Attestdone manage the process (Rs. 15,000 service fee + Rs. 55,000-65,000 government fee) or complete it independently with our instructions.
Liability
Attestdone exercises due care in document handling. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid plus government fees, up to Rs. 200,000 for document insurance claims.
Disputes
Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Lahore courts.
