Understanding Your Tracking Statuses
The attestation process involves multiple governmental and diplomatic entities. Our tracking system shows you exactly where your documents are at every step.
Order Confirmed & Pending Collection
Your application has been successfully logged into our system. At this stage, we have verified your request and scheduled a courier pickup. You must have your original documents and required photocopies ready in a sealed envelope prior to the rider's arrival.
In Transit to Attestdone
The courier has collected your documents. They are in transit to our processing facility. On arrival, our compliance team checks for missing signatures, CNIC copies, or stamps before we submit them to official bodies.
Under Authority Review (HEC / MOFA / Embassy)
Your documents have been physically submitted to the respective government ministry, educational board, or foreign embassy. Note: During this phase, timelines are strictly dictated by the authority's internal load. We maintain daily checks, but we cannot expedite official government queues.
Exception / Action Required
Something needs your attention. This usually means a ministry has rejected the document because of a name mismatch on your degree vs. CNIC, missing prior attestations like IBCC, or unverified university seals. Our case managers will pause processing and contact you to resolve the issue.
Attested & Out for Delivery
The attestation is done. All stamps and seals have been applied, and the documents have passed our final quality check. They are on the way to your delivery address.
Standard Processing Timelines
We submit documents the same day they are verified at our office, but the final turnaround depends on the authority. Below are the current average times based on the last 30 days of orders.

From the moment our rider collects your documents, they are sealed in a secure, barcoded flyer. The seal is only broken under CCTV surveillance at our main processing office.

Photocopies, passport details, and CNIC data are stored on encrypted servers for application use only. We follow data protection laws and do not share data with third parties.
TCS & DHL Integration
For out-of-city and international clients, we utilize premium logistics partners (TCS, Leopard, DHL). The internal tracking IDs from these partners are synced to your Attestdone Order ID.
Assigned Case Manager
Your application is assigned to a specific processing executive. If a government authority raises an objection, your case manager contacts you directly and works to resolve it.

My tracking hasn't updated in 5 days. Is it lost?
No. When documents are submitted to MOFA or HEC, they enter a physical queue. Until the authority stamps and returns the document to our team, the status stays as "Under Authority Review". A status can stay unchanged for 5 to 14 days depending on the department.
Can I pick up the document myself from your office?
Yes. If you require urgent retrieval after the attestation is complete, you can contact your assigned WhatsApp support agent and request "Self Pickup". We will halt the dispatch courier and keep the document secure at our regional office for you to collect physically by showing your original CNIC.
What does "Document Objection" mean on the tracker?
An objection occurs when a government entity refuses to attest the document. Common reasons include spelling mismatches between your degree and CNIC, missing prior stamps, or unreadable seals. Our team will retrieve the objection letter and advise you on the exact legal steps needed to rectify the issue.
Do you provide DHL/FedEx tracking for international returns?
Yes. Once the document clears the final step ("Attested & Out for Delivery") for an international order, the main Attestdone tracker will display the specific DHL or FedEx airway bill number. You can use that number directly on the courier's website for granular international routing data.
