What UAE Embassy attestation covers
Dubai and Abu Dhabi employers need your degree attested before they will issue a work visa or process your residency. The sequence is the same as Saudi Arabia. HEC or NADRA first, MOFA second, UAE Embassy third.
Once you land in the UAE with a UAE Embassy-stamped degree, the final step is a UAE MOFA stamp at a typing centre in the UAE. That step takes about a day and can be done locally. Everything before it must be completed in Pakistan.
Family sponsorship files for the UAE follow the same pattern. NADRA marriage certificates, birth certificates, and family registration certificates all need the three-stamp sequence before the UAE visa office will accept them.

MOFA Attestation
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is the second stamp on any Pakistani document heading overseas. After the issuing body confirms the document (HEC for degrees, IBCC for school certificates, NADRA for personal documents), MOFA adds its own stamp that confirms the prior verification. MOFA runs two routes. The traditional attestation feeds into the embassy step for non-Hague destinations like the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and Malaysia. The apostille route is a single stamp valid in Hague Convention member states that accept Pakistani apostilles, including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, China, the UK, Australia, and others. Germany, the Netherlands, and Poland are members but objected to Pakistan's accession, so the apostille is not accepted there and we verify each case with the receiving office. Pakistan acceded to the Hague Convention, and the apostille route entered into force on 9 March 2023. Our main office is in Lahore, where we coordinate intake, customer support, and nationwide dispatch. MOFA operates from offices in Lahore and Islamabad, so we file at the location that fits your document and route. Legal documents such as power of attorney, court orders, and affidavits, and commercial documents such as board resolutions, certificates of origin, and export invoices, run separate tracks at MOFA with their own fees and timelines. Legal papers must be notarised first. Commercial papers must be verified by the Chamber of Commerce or SECP before MOFA will accept them. Both classes are covered on this page. Personal and educational documents run 2 to 3 working days at MOFA, and legal and commercial files 3 to 5. Express service can finish in about a day for eligible files.
Saudi Embassy Attestation
Saudi Arabia is a Hague Convention member (since 7 December 2022), so the MOFA apostille is accepted for most filings. Many Saudi employers and regulators still ask for the embassy stamp, and some regulated professions add Mosadaqa, so we confirm the route for your specific case before filing. Where the embassy route applies, HEC or NADRA verifies the document first, then MOFA attests it, and finally the Saudi Embassy in the Diplomatic Enclave adds the embassy stamp. The Saudi Embassy processes documents in batches. Submission windows and processing schedules can shift without notice, which is why having someone at the counter regularly matters. Our team visits the embassy most working days and knows the current acceptance window. For medical professionals, engineers, and teachers, some Saudi employers also need Mosadaqa verification from the Saudi Cultural Mission. That is a separate process that can add 3 to 5 weeks. We confirm with your employer whether Mosadaqa is needed before starting, so you do not pay for a step you may not need. Family visa files for Saudi usually need a NADRA marriage certificate, birth certificates for dependents, and sometimes a family registration certificate. All of these follow the same NADRA, MOFA, Saudi Embassy sequence.
Qatar Embassy Attestation
The Qatar Embassy in Islamabad stamps Pakistani documents after HEC or NADRA and MOFA attestation. The embassy checks document condition, and a stain, torn corner, or illegible prior stamp can cause a return at the counter. We inspect every original before submission. If the document has a condition issue, we tell you before filing and explain whether a replacement or fresh copy is needed. For work visa files, the degree and sometimes the PCC need to pass through the Qatar Embassy. For family sponsorship, NADRA certificates such as marriage, birth, and FRC follow the same sequence. Embassy receiving hours and processing times can change. The quote states the filing stage and expected window for the current case.
