- If a certified copy contains unclear text, cropped edges, or blurred stamps, a new photocopy must be made from the original document and recertified.
- Copies of expired identity documents will be rejected by MOFA and foreign embassies. Ensure the underlying card is valid.
Central NADRA registration required; Manual or unverified Union Council slips cannot be attested. Ensure the civil record is entered in the NADRA national database before filing for MOFA attestation.
