Unlike healthcare professionals, Pakistani engineers do not route files through Dataflow. Instead, SCE evaluates your qualifications directly based on your Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration, HEC-attested engineering degree, and verified employer experience letters.
Since Mosadaqa platform verification became compulsory for engineering files, credentials must undergo Cultural Mission approval and Saudi Embassy legalisation. We handle the entire sequential chain from HEC and PEC coordination to consular submission.

Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent from an accredited program.
Professional accreditation requires at least four years of documented professional experience in the same field, per the SCE service requirements.
Professional registration is obtained through the SCE portal, and classification grades come from qualifications and experience.

Member since 7 Dec 2022. The MOFA apostille is accepted for most filings, but the embassy and Mosadaqa (Cultural) routes remain in common use. Mosadaqa (the official Saudi Cultural Mission e-service for educational-certificate verification) has been mandatory for employment, professional registration, and SCE applications since 25 December 2025.
