Document handling security attestation
A passport, CNIC, or degree has no replacement copy. This page explains how originals are protected from the moment of collection to the moment they return to your door.
In transit
Documents travel only with TCS or Leopards as tracked, insured parcels. We do not send originals through unverified riders or personal couriers.
Every consignment is opened and checked by a named staff member on arrival, against the collection receipt, before it is logged into the case file.
Return delivery follows the same protocol, a tracked parcel, a delivery receipt, and a signed handover at your door.
Transit controls
- 1. Doorstep collection by a named courier with a sealed, labelled envelope
- 2. Parcel-level tracking visible on your case
- 3. Receipt check on arrival against the collection list
- 4. Documents stay in the sealed envelope until the case coordinator logs them
Custody controls
- 1. A logged record of custody for every file, who held it, when, and for what step
- 2. Originals stay in a locked file cabinet or safe inside our processing office
- 3. Access is limited to the named case coordinator and the authority runner for that file
- 4. Files move between offices only through the same tracked-courier protocol
In custody
While your documents are in our hands, each hand that touches the file is on record. Files are stored in locked cabinets inside the processing office, and only the people handling your case can access them.
We hold originals only for the duration of the order. Scans of your CNIC, passport, and documents are deleted from our systems 30 days after the case closes, as described in the privacy policy.

If something goes wrong
Transit delays and handling errors are rare but we have a defined response for them, so you are never left guessing where your file is.
Delay
You are notified the same day a courier or authority timeline slips, with the reason and the revised date.
Damage or loss in transit
The parcel claim is opened with the courier immediately, you get a written account, and we support replacement and re-issuance of the documents at our cost where possible.
Escalation
Any case issue can be raised through the contact page or WhatsApp, with an acknowledgement within one working day and an escalation path to management.
