How attestation works in Pakistan
Every order follows the same stages, including obtain, correct, verify, legalise, translate, submit, and track, so you know where your documents are at every step.

Obtain
We collect your originals from your door, or issue the certificate you are missing (NADRA birth, marriage, and death records, B-Form, FRC, or police clearance) so the chain can start with the right document in hand.

Correct
Documents are checked against the destination's requirements before anything is filed, including name spellings, father and mother names, dates, and the exact version each authority accepts. Fixing an error at this stage is what keeps a file from bouncing between offices.

Verify
The issuing authority confirms the document against its own record, with HEC for degrees and transcripts, IBCC for school certificates, NADRA for civil records, the district police for clearance, and the notary for legal documents.

Legalise
MOFA attestation in Islamabad, then the destination's final step, the embassy stamp where one is required or the apostille for Hague Convention countries. The route is confirmed per case, because some member states objected to Pakistan's accession and still ask for verification.

Translate
Where the destination requires it, documents are translated (Urdu, English, or Arabic) and the translation is notarised so the authority accepts both versions.

Submit
We file with each authority in the correct order and keep the receipts, so every stamp is traceable to the office that issued it.

Track and deliver
Each stage is recorded against your case ID and visible on the track page. The stamped originals return to your door by tracked courier, and the file closes with the delivery receipt.
