What a passport application involves
Passport applications in Pakistan run through the Directorate General of Immigration and Passports. The applicant submits biometrics at a Regional Passport Office, pays the government fee, and receives the passport by courier. Our role is the preparation and the follow-up, not the decision.
There are three common cases, a first passport (new issuance), a renewal for an expiring passport, and an urgent file where travel is booked. Each has a different checklist and a different fee band, and the urgent track moves through the same office with a higher fee.
We confirm which category your file falls into, prepare the application with the correct supporting documents (CNIC, previous passport for renewals, photographs), book the biometric appointment, and follow the file until dispatch. The passport itself is issued by the government office. We do not control the timeline, which runs about 5 to 10 working days for normal files.

A passport sits behind most overseas files. The documents you take abroad usually need attestation afterwards.
NADRA Certificate Retrieval (B-Form, FRC, Death)
NADRA issues computerised certificates directly from its central database for records it holds, including the B-Form (Child Registration Certificate) for minors under 18, the Family Registration Certificate (FRC) listing the whole household, and death certificates for NADRA-registered deaths. Each carries a unique registration number that government offices and embassies can verify online. The B-Form links a child to both parents from birth and is needed for school admission, a child passport, and proof of parentage in family visa files. It converts to a CNIC when the child turns 18. The FRC lists everyone in your household and how each person relates to the head of the family. Immigration officers use it to support spouse and dependent visa claims because it shows the family unit in a single record. NADRA builds it from the CNIC and B-Form links already in its system. The death certificate is the computerised official record used by banks, insurance companies, and courts before they release funds or process inheritance. NADRA draws it from the hospital discharge summary or the Union Council record. For home deaths, the Union Council record and a medical certificate of cause of death support the filing. For overseas use, these certificates move through MOFA attestation and then the embassy stamp, or the MOFA apostille for Hague members including Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Bahrain. We handle the filing quietly and return the certificate to your address.
MOFA Attestation
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is the second stamp on any Pakistani document heading overseas. After the issuing body confirms the document (HEC for degrees, IBCC for school certificates, NADRA for personal documents), MOFA adds its own stamp that confirms the prior verification. MOFA runs two routes. The traditional attestation feeds into the embassy step for non-Hague destinations like the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and Malaysia. The apostille route is a single stamp valid in Hague Convention member states that accept Pakistani apostilles, including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, China, the UK, Australia, and others. Germany, the Netherlands, and Poland are members but objected to Pakistan's accession, so the apostille is not accepted there and we verify each case with the receiving office. Pakistan acceded to the Hague Convention, and the apostille route entered into force on 9 March 2023. Our main office is in Lahore, where we coordinate intake, customer support, and nationwide dispatch. MOFA operates from offices in Lahore and Islamabad, so we file at the location that fits your document and route. Legal documents such as power of attorney, court orders, and affidavits, and commercial documents such as board resolutions, certificates of origin, and export invoices, run separate tracks at MOFA with their own fees and timelines. Legal papers must be notarised first. Commercial papers must be verified by the Chamber of Commerce or SECP before MOFA will accept them. Both classes are covered on this page. Personal and educational documents run 2 to 3 working days at MOFA, and legal and commercial files 3 to 5. Express service can finish in about a day for eligible files.
