Route note Member since 7 Dec 2022. The MOFA apostille is accepted for most filings, but the embassy and Mosadaqa (Cultural) routes remain in common use. Mosadaqa (the official Saudi Cultural Mission e-service for educational-certificate verification) has been mandatory for employment, professional registration, and SCE applications since 25 December 2025.

Is the apostille accepted for family visas?
