Regulated professions need an approved licence (such as SCFHS for healthcare or SCE membership for engineers) before Mosadaqa is accepted.
Mosadaqa has been mandatory for employment, professional registration, and SCE applications since 25 December 2025, so regulated-role files always include the Cultural Mission step.
The receiving office may ask for a certified Arabic or English translation, and we arrange it when the requirement is confirmed.
